Sprint, Airspan tangle in legal fight about infringement, indemnification

Sprint argues that a now-settled patent infringement case triggered an indemnification clause in its contract with Airspan Networks. However, Airspan says it was excused from that case and is owed $3.7 million for development work. Now, they will hash it out in federal court.
