RICHMOND, Va. and BERLIN, Sept. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Terazo, a software development and managed services firm, announced today that it has acquired Berlin-based c20y, the European leader in cloud contact center integration services. The strategic acquisition will give Terazo an international presence with team members on the ground across Europe to support current and future clients.

US-based software/development and managed services firm Terazo has acquired EU-based contact center integrator c20y.
